Open Letter (Request/Demand) on Kashmir to Govt. of Pakistan and Its Armed Forces

Open Letter(Request/Demand) on Kashmir to Govt. of Pakistan and Its Armed Forces:
AsSalam o Alaikum!
The nation has been following the developments related to Kashmir so far. We are very aggrieved of the situation in Kashmir as well as atrocities being carried out by Indian forces there. India has tried to forcefully grab Kashmir by repealing article 370 and 35-A of its constitution and dividing IOK into two union territories i.e. J&K and Ladakh, thus implicitly stripping the people of Kashmir of their right of self determination and their just independence struggle. This move has also violated the UNSC resolutions on Kashmir as well as is in stark contradiction to India's own earlier commitment (pledged by Nehru) to give people of Kashmir the right of self determination. It is not an ordinary move and mere condemnations are not enough this time, as Quaid-e-Azam (ra) rightly said that Kashmir is jugular vain of Pakistan, and India has struck our jugular vain so hard this time that it is near to be cut off completely. In fact Quaid-e-Azam had ordered General Gracey, C-in-C of Pakistan Army in 1948 to send troops to Kashmir but Gracey refused because he was subordinate to Field Marshal Claude Auchinleck, the Supreme Commander of all remaining British forces in Pakistan and India, who had prohibited British officers to take part in a war between Pakistan and India, the order of Quaid highlights the great importance he attached to Kashmir issue.

Moreover we are also bound to our Kashmiri brothers with the relation of brotherhood i.e. one Ummah. Prophet (PBUH) said: "The similitude of believers in regard to mutual love, affection, fellow-feeling is that of one body; when any limb of it aches, the whole body aches, because of sleeplessness and fever." (Sahih Muslim).

Besides, Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala commands us to declare Jihad for helping oppressed thus "And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and [for] the oppressed among men, women, and children who say, "Our Lord, take us out of this city of oppressive people and appoint for us from Yourself a protector and appoint for us from Yourself a helper? ; Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah, and those who disbelieve fight in the cause of Taghut. So fight against the allies of Satan. Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak. ; Have you not seen those who were told, "Restrain your hands [from fighting] and establish prayer and give zakah"? But then when fighting was ordained for them, at once a party of them feared men as they fear Allah or with [even] greater fear. They said, "Our Lord, why have You decreed upon us fighting? If only You had postponed [it for] us for a short time." Say, The enjoyment of this world is little, and the Hereafter is better for he who fears Allah. And injustice will not be done to you, [even] as much as a thread [inside a date seed].(Quran 4:75 to 4:77)
Also, “Fighting is prescribed upon you, and you dislike it. But it may happen that you dislike a thing which is good for you, and it may happen that you love a thing which is bad for you. And Allah knows and you know not.” (Quran, 2:216)
As far as the issue of Simla agreement is concerned, it was decided back then that differences and causes of conflicts will be resolved through peaceful means, and Allah commands us to keep pledges, but that agreement was not a clear cut no-war pact in that sense and even if it was an implied or tacit agreement of such nature, as a matter of fact the same has been already violated many times, so now we are no-more bound by it.
Statements of condemnations, talks, peace and those warning of strong response in case of misadventure, are simply not enough. If every problem could have been sought out through talks, the Muslims would not have fought many battles during the lifetime of Noble Prophet (PBUH). By the way, what misadventure we are waiting for? Are we waiting for an attack on Pakistan? Do we not consider Kashmir as Pakistan? Do we not consider Kashmiris our own brothers? Do we not see Indian misadventure in the form of atrocities in Kashmir, the killing of our Kashimiri brethren, the violation of our Kashmiri sisters, and forced annexation of Kashmir? India has been undertaking a massive misadventure in form of occupation of Kashmir for almost last 71 years,  Kashmiris have been giving these sacrifices for many years, while we sacrifice animals on Eid-ul-Azha for Allah, Kashmiris sacrifice their lives even on Eid. Now is the time to liberate them so that they may also celebrate Eids and Independence Day like us, so that they may taste the joy of freedom like us. Now is now is the right time to act or else it will be too late.

The commandments of the Allah most high, the practical examples of Noble Prophet (PBUH) and Sahaba (RA), the pending order of Quaid-e-Azam and the prevailing situation, all require us to fight in the way of Allah and for the sake of helping our Kashmiri brethren. So, we request you to please declare Jihad and liberate Kashmir in line with the motto of Pakistan Army i.e. Iman, Taqwa, Jihad fi Sabillillah. Go for it, Allah will help us, In-Sha-Allah victory will be ours as Allah says in the Quran: "نصرمن الله وفتح قريب" (Help from Allah, and victory, near at hand.). We as nation stand by you and are ready to volunteer and sacrifice our lives for this noble cause as and when needed, In-Sha-Allah.

WaSallam
Your Beloved Nation
